These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CredBlu website (credblu.com), mobile applications, and all credit-builder services provided by CredBlu, a service operated by IAM Consulting LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
By creating an account, completing enrollment, making a payment, or otherwise accessing CredBlu services, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age. • You are a legal resident of the United States. • You have a valid Social Security Number (SSN). • All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. • You have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
CredBlu provides a credit-builder platform ("Credit as a Service" or "CaaS") that helps clients establish or improve their credit history by opening secured installment accounts through partnered financial institutions and reporting monthly payment activity to the three major Credit Bureaus. Our services include: • Credit builder account enrollment and activation • Monthly payment processing and credit bureau reporting • Client dashboard with account monitoring and credit score tracking • Customer support via email at [email protected] CredBlu is not a credit repair organization, lender, financial advisor, or credit counseling service. We do not make loans, provide debt management plans, or dispute items on your credit report. CredBlu also offers custom credit builder accounts with account values up to $95,000, available by request. 3.1 Account Creation To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3.2 Account Security • You must immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. • CredBlu will never ask for your full password via email, phone, or any other channel. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 3.3 One Account Per Person Each individual may hold only one CredBlu user account. Multiple accounts for the same person may be suspended or terminated.
4.1 Activation Payment A one-time, non-refundable activation payment is required at enrollment. The amount depends on your selected plan (see CaaS Agreement for plan details). 4.2 Monthly Payments Monthly payments are due on the same calendar date each month following enrollment. The specific amount is determined by your plan configuration. 4.3 Accepted Payment Methods CredBlu accepts payment via credit/debit card (through Stripe), Zelle, CashApp, and bank wire transfer. 4.4 Late Payments Payments more than 30 days past due will be reported as delinquent to all three Credit Bureaus, which may negatively affect your credit score. CredBlu will make reasonable efforts to contact you before reporting a late payment. 4.5 Failed Payments If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons, CredBlu will attempt to contact you and re-process the payment. Repeated failures may result in account suspension.
5.1 Cancel Anytime You may cancel your CredBlu credit builder account at any time, for any reason, by sending a cancellation request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. There is no cancellation fee. 5.2 Cancellation Processing Window Cancellations are NOT immediate. Due to coordination with our partnered financial institution and the credit bureau reporting cycle, your cancellation will take effect between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days after we receive your written request. During this window, your account remains active, monthly payments may still be processed, and those payments will still be reported to the Credit Bureaus. 5.3 Post-Cancellation Reporting When cancellation takes effect, your tradeline will be reported as a "Closed" account with your full payment history. A closed account with on-time payments generally remains a positive entry on your credit report for up to 10 years.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes your activation payment and all monthly payments. Payments are fully earned when processed. This no-refund policy applies regardless of when you cancel — whether after one month, one year, or at the end of your full term. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
You agree NOT to: • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during enrollment or at any time • Use another person's identity, SSN, or personal information to enroll • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with CredBlu's security features • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit CredBlu services without written authorization • Harass, threaten, or abuse CredBlu staff, affiliates, or other clients Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content on credblu.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the CredBlu brand name — is the exclusive property of IAM Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
CredBlu services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim: • Any warranty that the service will meet your specific credit goals • Any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation • Any warranty regarding the accuracy or timeliness of credit bureau data • Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredBlu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to CredBlu in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CredBlu, IAM Consulting LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. • You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration. • The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or at a location mutually agreed upon. • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
CredBlu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel under Section 5.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
