Important Regulatory and Consumer Information. Please read the following notices carefully.

1. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Notice

IMPORTANT CONSUMER DISCLOSURE CredBlu is NOT a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq. We do not: • Remove, dispute, or modify any existing items on your credit report • Provide credit repair, credit counseling, or debt management services • Make any representation that we can improve your credit score by removing negative items CredBlu is a credit-builder tradeline service. Our service adds a new positive payment history to your credit file through a secured installment account. The improvement of your credit score, if any, comes from the addition of new positive data — not the removal of existing negative data. Your Rights Under Federal Law: • You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. • You can obtain a free copy of your credit report annually from AnnualCreditReport.com. • You have the right to cancel our service at any time (see Terms and Conditions, Section 5).

2. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Notice

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.), you have certain rights regarding the information on your credit report: • Right to Know: You have the right to know what is in your credit file. You can request a free disclosure of your file from each nationwide credit reporting agency once every 12 months. • Right to Dispute: You have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information directly with the credit reporting agency or the information furnisher. • Right to Consent: In most cases, a credit reporting agency may not furnish information about you without your consent. By enrolling in CredBlu, you provide express consent for us to furnish your payment history to the Credit Bureaus. • Right to Limit Prescreened Offers: You may opt out of prescreened credit and insurance offers by calling 1-888-5-OPT-OUT (1-888-567-8688). • Right to Seek Damages: You may sue a credit reporting agency or information furnisher for violations of the FCRA in state or federal court. For more information about your FCRA rights, visit the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov.

3. Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) Notice

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, or the good-faith exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. CredBlu is committed to providing equal access to its credit-builder services regardless of these protected characteristics. If you believe you have been discriminated against, you may file a complaint with the CFPB at consumerfinance.gov/complaint.

4. Electronic Signatures & Communications Disclosure (E-SIGN Act)

By enrolling in CredBlu, you consent to conduct business electronically and agree that: • Your typed electronic signature during the enrollment process has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature. • You consent to receive all notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications electronically via email or through your CredBlu dashboard. • You have the ability to access, download, and print electronic documents for your records. • You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent may result in termination of your credit builder account. Hardware/Software Requirements: To access electronic communications, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge), and a valid email address.

5. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) — Privacy of Financial Information

CredBlu collects nonpublic personal information ("NPI") from you during enrollment, including your name, Social Security Number, date of birth, address, and payment information. Under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act: • We share your NPI only with our partnered financial institutions and the Credit Bureaus as necessary to provide the credit-builder services you requested. • We do not sell your NPI to third-party marketers. • We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit. • Our full privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy available at credblu.com/privacy.

6. Patriot Act — Customer Identification Program (CIP) Notice

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires financial institutions and their partners to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open a credit builder account with CredBlu, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport).

7. Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Notice

If you are an active-duty member of the United States Armed Forces, you may be entitled to certain protections under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), including a cap on interest rates for pre-service obligations. If you are or become active-duty military, please notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can determine if any SCRA protections apply to your account.

8. State-Specific Notices

California Residents Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information (CredBlu does not sell personal information). For CCPA-related requests, contact [email protected]. Texas Residents If you have a complaint regarding our services, you may contact the Texas Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division at (800) 621-0508 or texasattorneygeneral.gov. New York Residents If you have a complaint, you may contact the New York Department of Financial Services at (800) 342-3736 or dfs.ny.gov.

9. Affiliate Program Disclosure

CredBlu operates an affiliate referral program. Key disclosures: • Affiliates earn a 30% commission on the activation payment of each referred client who enrolls and pays. • Commissions are paid via CashApp, Zelle, or bank wire transfer — not through Stripe. • Commissions become eligible for payout 31 days after the referred client's payment is confirmed. • Minimum payout threshold is $50.00. • Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of CredBlu or IAM Consulting LLC. • Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting. A 1099 may be issued for commissions exceeding $600 in a calendar year.

10. Third-Party Services Notice

CredBlu integrates with the following third-party services to provide its credit-builder program: • Credee: Account activation and identity verification for credit builder tradeline setup. • Stripe: Secure online payment processing for credit and debit card transactions. • Partnered Financial Institutions: The actual credit builder accounts are held by our partnered financial institutions, which are separate entities from CredBlu. CredBlu is not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of these third-party providers. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Complaint & Dispute Filing Information

12. Document Retention

CredBlu retains all client records, including enrollment forms, signed agreements, payment records, and correspondence, for a minimum of seven (7) years after account closure, or as required by applicable law. You may request a copy of your records at any time by contacting [email protected].
